所謂的農業用地容許使用是指農牧用地可供容許「項目內容」之使用及許可使用細目，就是合法准許在農業用地上建造項目內容設施；例如農作使用(包括牧草)、農舍(工業區、河川區除外)、再生能源相關設施等等…二十項容許使用。
而農業設施容許使用大致分為七大類，分別為農作產銷設施、林業設施、自然保育設施、水產養殖設施、畜牧設施、休閒農業設施及綠能設施，簡單來說只要符合政府法定容許項目內容即可申請農業用地及農業設施容許使用之相關設施。

A:除了甲、乙、丙、丁種建築用地以外:
- 交通用地、遊憩用地、殯葬用地:建蔽率40％，容積率120％
- 窯業用地:建蔽率60％，容積率120％
- 特定目的事業用地:建蔽率60％，容積率180％
Q:一般民眾可以自己申請嗎?需要準備什麼?
A:一般民眾是可以自己申請的喔!需向土地所在地直轄市或縣(市)主管機關申請，則以下是需要準備的資料:
- 1.申請書(一份)
- 2.申請人之國民身分證影本；屬法人者，應檢具法人登記證明文件影本(三份)
- 3.經營計劃書(三份)
- 4.最近一個月內土地登記謄本及地籍圖謄本(能申請網路電子謄本者，免予檢附；屬於都市土地者，應另檢附都市計畫土地使用分區證明) (三份)
- 5.設施配置圖，其比例尺不得小於五百分之一(申請畜牧設施者，其比例尺不得小於一千二百分之一) (三份)
- 6.土地使用同意書(土地為申請人單獨所有者，免附) (三份)
- 7.其他主管機關規定之文件(三份)

The so-called permitted use of agricultural land refers to the use of agricultural and animal husbandry land that is allowed to be used as “project content” and the details of the permitted use, which means that it is legally allowed to build project content facilities on agricultural land; such as agricultural use (including pasture), farmhouses (industrial areas) , river areas except), renewable energy related facilities, etc… Twenty items are allowed.
The permitted use of agricultural facilities is roughly divided into seven categories, namely agricultural production and marketing facilities, forestry facilities, nature conservation facilities, aquaculture facilities, livestock facilities, leisure agricultural facilities and green energy facilities. Simply put, as long as they comply with the government’s legally allowed projects The content can be used to apply for agricultural land and related facilities that are allowed to be used by agricultural facilities.
To apply for a leisure farm, you need to apply for permission to use it. Only after passing the review can you legally build leisure agricultural facilities in the leisure farm.

Q: How much land area can I use?
A: Except for types A, B, C, and D construction land:
Transportation land, recreational land, and funeral land: built-up coverage rate 40%, floor area ratio 120%
Kiln industry land: construction rate 60%, floor area ratio 120%
Special-purpose business land: built-up coverage rate 60%, floor area ratio 180%
Note: In order to avoid unreasonable use of land that is too large, the maximum floor construction area is limited to 660 square meters per site. For example, a 10-hectare land area can apply for a maximum area of 660M2.
The percentage of land area that can be applied for use will change according to the content of the permitted project to be applied for! The following is an explanation for everyone
Q: Can the general public apply by themselves? What do they need to prepare?
A: The general public can apply by themselves! You need to apply to the municipal or county (city) competent authority where the land is located. The following are the materials that need to be prepared:
1. Application form (one copy)
2. A copy of the applicant’s national identity card; if it is a legal person, a copy (three copies) of the legal person registration certificate should be submitted
3. Business plan (three copies)
4. Transcripts of land registration and cadastral maps within the last month (those who can apply for online electronic copies are exempt from attachment; if the land belongs to urban land, the urban planning land use zoning certificate should be attached in addition) (three copies )
5. The scale of the facility configuration map shall not be less than 1/500 (for those applying for livestock facilities, the scale shall not be less than 1/1200) (three copies)
6. Land use consent form (the land is the sole owner of the applicant, no need to attach) (three copies)
7. Other documents required by the competent authority (three copies)
